The fastest way to reach KAT is by email at support@kat.com.ng. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. KAT does not have a phone line or WhatsApp support at the moment, so please use email for anything you need help with.

1. What to include in your email

• For an order: your order reference (shown on the order confirmation and in your Orders page) and the email address on your account.
• For a payment problem: the Paystack payment reference if you have it, and the time of the payment.
• For a return or refund: your order reference, the item concerned and a short description of the problem, with photos if the item arrived damaged.
• For selling on KAT: your store name and the email address on your seller account.
